Find the Magic in Historic Downtown! MagicFest will provide two days of FREE magical performances throughout Historic Downtown Twin Falls at participating merchants on Friday, July 31st beginning at 4:00PM, and Saturday, August 1st from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM.
While discussing the downtown MagicFest activities, Mayor Lance Clow, Chairmain of the MagicFest Committee, said, "As an amateur magician, I mulled the idea at a town hall meeting not long ago of creating a "magicfest" in Magic Valley. Not only did I want an event that would cater entirely to families but that would also draw people into Historic Downtown Twin Falls. After all, it was Main Street, America that gave birth to the fond childhood memories that so many of us cherish – the place of afternoon matinees and caring shopkeepers."
The downtown magic shows are provided free to the public by the sponsoring merchants, and with seven different magicians, families are encouraged to monitor the schedule and see all the performances over both days that they are being offered.
